  • Our salon is proudly operated by us, your stylists. This means we book and handle all service requests.​

  • While we are busy by day styling, we typically try to respond within 1-2  business days with any request. â€‹

  • If you are canceling or rebooking, we are here to make that as easy as possible and respond as quickly as we can.​

  • To lessen any wait time, please take advantage of our online booking 24/7

  • This allows you to create an account, book and cancel at any time.​​

  • Requested Stylist 

  • Preferred Date, Time and Service 

  • ​Although we try to connect as quickly as possible(same day or next), please keep an eye on your email within the few days: 

    • Avoids missed times and keeps our schedules booked.

    • Email accidentally going into spam or promotional ( if you haven't heard from us within two days)

    • If you have not responded to our offered booking after 2 days we will assume you no longer need the requested appointment.

  • Create an account with your email, google or Facebook.

  • Select Culture Salon, Stylist, Preferred Date, Time and Service.

  • ​If you do not see any open dates/time means the stylist is not available and you can add yourself to multiple dates and times in your account.

  • You can also change or cancel your appointment within your account.

  • Please note: if your stylist books your appointment, this is different than you booking within your account and you cannot rebook or change it without contacting us.

  • All account information is protected by SSL level protected.

  • Our primary way of connecting is by email, however we understand some of our guests prefer to speak by phone.

  • Since this is not as common, please let your stylist know that this is how you would like to be communicated with, so they can be aware.

  • We do not have a receptionist.

  • Please do not cancel or rebook by phone message unless you do not have email or booked by your personal vagaro account.

  • We check phone messages daily but may not be able to connect right away. Within 2 business days or less. ( if you call on a Friday, we will get back to you on Mon)
