Please Note: Online bookings for colour services are not available. If you would like to schedule a colour appointment, kindly email us.
All new colour clients are required to have a consultation, which can be conducted either in person or via email.

Cancelling An Appointment?
HAIRCUTS SERVICES:
We ask you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your upcoming appointment, failure to notify Culture Salon after 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of service.

NO SHOWS will result in 100 % of service charge.
COLOUR SERVICES:

We ask you cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of your upcoming appointment, failure to notify Culture Salon after 72 hours will result in a 50% charge of service.

All hair colour services that are 2 hours or longer will require a deposit of $100 to go towards your services.

NO SHOWS will result in 100 % of service charge.
Booking Online
We use Vagaro.com as our booking system, this allows you to book, add yourself to our waitlist or cancel your appointment all in your profile. ​If you're a new guest, our booking team will help you book your first appointment and help you create your online booking profile.

Questions:
How do I make a profile?
Once you click "Book" you will be sent to Vagaro sign in page. This page allows you to create your profile by using your email or you're Facebook or Google sign-ins.

Why can't I book an appointment?
If you are a New Guest, we want to get to know you a bit more before you're booking online. Your first appointment will be booked by us to ensure your timing and service are exactly what you're needing. If you book and get denied, don't worry we will be in touch to rebook your appointment correctly.

Who can I book with?
If you have a current stylist (seen within the last 4 months) you can book online with them. If you are a new guest, Casey Troop is seeing new haircut or colour guests.

We may need to change your appointment if you require more time or services needs don't fit with requested stylist
